Southern Research's High-Throughput Screening Group utilizes ID-BS' ActivityBase Suite for compound handling and data storage. The ActivityBase suite is comprised of user-friendly software that resides on a client workstation and with HTS Oracle server and the HTS file server, and also has the capability to import data from all networked plate readers. The primary ActivityBase suite is accompanied by a set or peripheral visualization and query tools, XLfit and SARgen that enable the user to perform calculations, visualize data, and query for results quickly and efficiently.
