Immunology

The Viral Immunology laboratory provides basic research support in the areas of antiviral and vaccine evaluation and development and animal model evaluations (mouse and non-human primate models). Our staff has extensive experience with most flow cytometric applications as well as immunoassay development, validation and execution. Our expertise also includes the evaluation of the immunogenicity of products in vivo and the quantitation of protein products in vitro and in vivo. All of our immunoassays and a number of our flow cytometry applications can be performed in a fully GLP-compliant manner. The major assays carried out by the laboratory include:
